In the name Double Bee are melted the Italian common idea of “double malt”, the high alcoholic degree blonde beer and the ingredient honey. The beer reflects the Belgian Tripel style. It has golden colour and flavour of malts and tropical fruits due to a blend of local honey of a farm at KmØ of Guarene and is fermented with Belgian yeasts that
develop fruity esters.
At the palate results alcoholic, dry and intense with its delicate flavour of chestnut and acacia honey with an herbal vein of hops.
Pairings: first plates like eggs pasta, Piemonte’s fried or beams like pork with honey. But it’s possible to drink it as it is or tasted after a meal with fresh fruit or a dessert.
