Any beer keeps its body and the substance of the raw materials used because aren’t made mechanical filtrations and pasteurizations. The clearness of the beer is obtained with the natural precipitation of yeasts and weighty particles during the fermentation process. The carbonic anhydride is naturally developed with the bottle conditioning.
Our Beers are produced respecting craft brewery production. It’s provided an accurate selection of any raw material for each recipe, such as the different grains of the different cereals, the hops, the spices, the yeasts and, at least, some special ingredients favoring the local Km Ø products like the biologic honey of a factory sited in Guarene, used to flavour one of our beers. Furthermore our attention is also for other typical products like the strawberries and the pear Madernassa.
